General Conditions
Each winner may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, Taxpayer ID number and where lawful, a Publicity Release within 10 days of notification. Failure to return documents in a timely manner, or if prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, will result in disqualification. By entering the Giveaway you are authorizing IPHIS for single lesbians to publish your user name and city if you are selected as a Winner; by accepting a Prize, where permitted by law, winner grants to IPHIS for single lesbians the right to use and publish her username, picture, for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration or review globally on the World Wide Web. Further, by accepting the prize the winner releases and agrees to hold harmless IPHIS for single lesbians and its affiliates from any and all liability for any injury, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, participation in any Giveaway-related activity, or participation in this Giveaway.

IPHIS for single lesbians, reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be submitting multiple entries, providing any false or misleading or incomplete information, tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or Website; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; to be acting in an inappropriate or disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, disparage, harass, harm, or threaten or any other person or group. Any use of automatic, programmed or similar entry methods will void all such entries by such person and those acting in concert with her. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users with the same e-mail account, the decision of IPHIS for single lesbians is final. 

Limitations of Liability
IPHIS for single lesbians is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Web site users, tampering, hacking or by any of the programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or tampering with, the Web site or database. If, for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned by reason of legal impediments, infection by computer viruses, hacking, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of IPHIS for single lesbians, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Giveaway, IPHIS for single lesbians reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, suspend or extend the Giveaway and/or select the winner(s) from entries received prior to the action taken.
