Terms and Conditions of UseThe term:

(1) "Service" means IPHIS in its entirety, including content, creators, and staff members.
(2) "User" means any individual person who accesses the Service.
(3) "Agreement" means any and all terms and conditions outlined herein.

This document constitutes the Agreement between the User and the Service in its entirety. By using the Service, the User agrees to all terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement. This is a legally binding contract.

The User agrees to follow all rules as set forth in the Rules and Guidelines. A link to the Rules appears at the footer of every page throughout the Service.

The User is hereby notified that the Service is not responsible for any content posted by Users of the Service. The Service makes no warranties or representations in respect to the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message or content, and is not responsible for the contents of any message. The messages and content express the views of the author of the message, not the views of the Service.

Any User who feels that a posted message or content is objectionable is encouraged to use the contact form to notify the Service. The Service has the ability to remove objectionable messages and will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if it is determined that removal is necessary.

The User agrees, through use of the Service, that User will not use the Service to post any material which is knowingly false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of any law. The User agrees not to post any copyrighted material or material that they do not own the rights to.

The Service does not claim any rights to images, text, music, photos, video, and files (otherwise know as content) that the User may post to the site. By posting content to the website it is assumed that the User owns the content and that the User grants the Service a limited license to post, modify, copy, distribute and use the content throughout the Service and for communications with other Users and the public.

The User may only use the Service for personal use and agrees that the Service will not be used commercially by the User except with relation to endeavors that are specifically approved by the Service. Advertisements, affiliate links and other types of solicitation by the User will be removed and may result in the User being banned from the Service without notice.

The Service does not voluntarily release personal information supplied to the Service by the User to any third parties without warrant with the exception of the information supplied by the User on the User's profile account page. User's information will only be made available to government authorities upon court order acting within its proper jurisdiction or to facilitate the enforcement of the Agreement. The User's contact information will be used by the Service for the purpose of notifications and communications related to the Service. Please note that information posted to the User's account profile is visible to the internet public for viewing by other members and visitors to this website. Email addresses are not made public unless the User replies to a message sent to her via the User's personal contact form which is available to other registered members of the Service.

The Service retains the right to conduct internal discussions in order to facilitate the enforcement of the Agreement. The Service may consider any and all available pertinant information, regardless of origin or method of discovery.

The Service retains the right to refuse service to any User at any time. In the event that the User is banned due to violation of the Agreement, the user agrees that all attempts by the User to access the Service in any form shall immediately cease and desist. If a banned User attempts to gain access to the Service, the Service maintains the right to pursue legal action to collect actual and punitive damages, and any costs and attorneys fees that may be incurred. The venue for any legal action resulting from this agreement shall be Pima County in the state of Arizona.

The Service retains the right to change or modify this Agreement at any time. It is up to the user to re-read this Terms of Service for any changes. Banned members may request a copy of this Agreement by sending an email with the subject "Banned Member TOS Request" using the contact form.

Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the Agreement.
