Replies may come from anyone on the internet, without registering, and not necessarily lesbian or female for that matter.
Final words:
Craigslist is a huge site with lots of ads but unless you have time to burn and the patience of Job, this site certainly lacks in the personals/dating site department, especially for lesbians who are often online targets of unscrupulous men posing as women. Beware, you get what you pay for.
